“ MEAT!! Yasssss! Karnaval offers you the best Brazilian BBQ you can get in Kuala Lumpur. There's a huge selection of meats and discount promotions depending on the day. We came on a Wednesday night, which offered 15% off for ladies :) They don't have the best salad bar selection, but I do recommend trying the papaya salad. Also, they offer garlic bread instead of the traditional cheese bread I'm used to. RM88 per person. ”
“ Meat lovers, rejoice! This place serve meat in buffet style! It's a Brazilian grilled restaurant, and you get to enjoy meat such as chicken, beef, fish, and lamb. The best part is... the servers will come to your table and serve you the meat. You don't even need to get up and queue for it! Unless you are going for the salad bar, which by the way has some nice fried brinjal and stir fried vege. My favorite is the beef and lamb shoulder. The meat are always tender and pair perfectly with the condiment provided on the table. On the other hand, they are less gamey compares to the garlic lamb. The other dish that my family enjoy a lot is the grilled pineapple. The grilling totally brings out the sweetness of the pineapple and it's nice to go with the chicken ham. The buffet is roughly RM88 per person excluding beverages. Sadly you would have to pay extra for the drinks then. The restaurant is always crowded during dinner time, so it's very important to make reservation regardless how small or big group you guys are. ”
“ This place is heaven for meat lovers. Located in Damansara Jaya around the Atria area, the corner shop lot sports a yellow signboard with the eye-catching "Carnaval Churrascaria" worlds in carnival-like font. Churrascaria is a place where meat is cooked on spikes in churrasco style, which is essentially a Brazilian BBQ. And believe me, there is no shortage of meats here. This buffet style restaurant serves up BBQ lamb from New Zealand, beef from Australia, poultry, and even BBQed pineapples. Servers come to your table and slice off the meat off spikes right onto your plate. Needless to say, the meats are delicious. Succulent and not lacking in flavour. They also serve chicken gizzards, chicken wings, calamari, and dory fish. Appetisers, sides and salads are served on a buffet spread and there are lots of greens to choose from, such as ladies fingers, aubergines, long beans, and Western salads. The entire dining experience is very worthwhile, at RM71++ per adult. The restaurant also lets you bring your own booze on Tuesday nights with zero corkage. Genuinely a great place to eat with a solid concept, no surprise that this place has been around for a while and remains to be a favourite in the area. ”
“ Carnaval Churrascaria sounds like a terrible The Sims phrase, but it actually a Brazilian restaurant that tastes pretty good, and actually worth the hefty price. They have the option of Light Food and Full Food, which is totally redundant. Seriously. Anyway, their food is amazing, with the chef occasionally coming to your table and cut portions of your meat with his burly arms. The smokiness of the meat, and the spices that are doused on it is so Brazilian, it is almost offensive. Their Light Food section offers a variety of salads, which are for the rabbits and deers who love their grass as much as we love their meat. My advice is that you have to ask your friends to go with you, because the portions are huge for a human, and you will need more than six stomachs to stomach all of it down. ”
“ If you're a meat lover this place is for you. This was my first time eating Brazilian food and I didn't know what to expect but this was amazing. Waiters walk in and out of the kitchen with skewers loaded with all types of meat(except pork) chicken ,beef ,lamb ,wings and many more. For the larger cuts of meat, the waiter will cut the meat from the skewer onto your plate for you to enjoy. The highlight for me was the Grilled Pineapple and Lamb. The Pineapple was grilled till the outside was deliciously caramelized, slightly crunchy on the outside and soft and juicy on the inside. Just the thought of it makes my mouth water. The atmosphere of the place is really simple, nothing fancy. The focus is more to the food than the décor. Because it's a corner lot, there is ample parking space but sometimes you may have to drive around to locate a good spot. Eating here is pretty expensive but for the amount of meat you get it's totally worth it. ”
“ There's always a fond memory of this place because this is the only Brazilian restaurant around the whole Klang Valley. This place is a buffet dining place with BBQ stuffs on skewer. You get your seats and just wait patiently until they bring out this skewer with whatever meat that is on it. They will go from table to table and slice out the meat fresh on your plate. Their tangy tomato and onion sauce is a delight to go with almost every meat choices. Besides the beef, lamb, chicken, liver, turkey and fish just to name a few. They have got this grilled pineapple that is to die for. This is the ultimate dessert to end your whole experience at Carnaval. ”
“ This is the only Brazilian Restaurant that I ever been in my entire life. Didn't know much about Brazilian cuisines because always hooked up with the Mexicans before. As for translation, Carnaval Churrascaria are Brazilians words that stands for Carnival Steakhouse. Thanks to Google Translate for that. Since I knew nothing about this cuisines, I decide to go with my instinct that haven't fails me even once. It's operated on buffet here which came on 2 options : The Light Meal and the Full Meal. Light Meal only allows you to eat anything from the Salad Bar only while the Full Meal otherhands. You could eat both from the Salad Bar and unlimited meal. All you have to do to enjoy your barbeque meat is just to sit back and wait at your table. The restaurant servers would come with the meat (and a big knife) and offer the meat to you. If you want it, just use your chopsticks to take the meat and put it in your plate. The items are not only limited to meat. They have this delicious garlic bread which is a must have for us. The grilled pineapple is a wondrous dish that could settle everything after ate tons of meat. ”
